Webster's dictionary definition of the word depression is sadness, a psychiatric disorder, an economic slump, reduced activity, hollow, and a low-pressure area. So are we using the word rescission to describe the worst economic disaster in America's history? Well I will tell you so every collage graduate can understand it. On the other hand, I think Mr. Webster already did.
