The Supreme Court agrees to hear an appeal on gun ban in Washington D.C .I am not a lawyer or judge, but I do understand the extreme importance of the second amendment. What is there to argue? This should not even be a case. Our fore fathers made the constitution very clear for a reason, and this is it. This is our right and we do not have to give it up for anybody. Regardless of what any court decides.

i'll be damned if when i get my hand gun if some overpaid judge or politition will tell me when, where, and if i can carry my personal and family defence system.
the constitution and the teachings taught about it are very clear on the 2nd amendment. the u.s. citizens need to come to gether and protest. one of the reasons that this is being brought to light is the crime rate in d.c. and the use of hand guns accossiated with crime, although people need to stop blaming the hand guns for the crime and strt putting the blame on the people who pull the trigger. also with a ban in place already, hand guns are still used in these same crimes...
just a thought!
Anonymous,You know what the worst part is? This is our nation's capital and it is a cesspool of crime. The second part to my comment is I've been around many guns throughout my life and I've yet to see one jump up out of the box and kill anybody on its own. We can't blame the gun. And we can't ban any particular make of gun. The constitution clearly states that our rights shall not be infringed, that means any gun I decide to carry and, anywhere I want to carry it. Thanks for your comment. Liberation through information.
