Okay all you true believers here's another one for you. On Wednesday Hanoi's state media reported a mid-air explosion over one of its southern islands. This came one day after the Cambodian Airforce withdrew a similar report of an unknown plane crash. The wreckage which was found on Phu Quoc Island consisted mainly small pieces of grey metal with the exception of one piece that was 1.5 meters or (1.5 yards long). Military units were sent to retrieve any wreckage, and locate any survivors. Officials contacted airlines flying to or from Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand. None reported missing any of their aircraft. "The explosion happened at about 8 km (5 miles) above the ground, and perhaps it was a plane, but authorities could not identify whether it was a civil or military aircraft," Vietnam News Agency reported. Have no fear though; I'm sure agents Moulder and Sculley are right on top of the situation. Remember, the truth is out there!
