The Bush hush money

For people with very short attention span or just do not care this has happened before, With the same president, and virtually the same congress, within the last eight years. This payoff did not work then and it will not work now. Giving the people, their money back to stimulate a dying economy, to pave the way for the next useful idiot to take office and it is not even our money. This is a bribe plain and simple. They are bribing the American people with Federal Reserve corporation note that represents debt and has no true value. This is supposed to bring our nation back from the worst economic disaster since the great depression and save us from complete ruin. What an insult to the American people. If Washington wants to really, make some positive changes in our economy then stop printing money to cover the debt we have racked up over the last eight years. Better yet, stop allowing a privately owned centralized bank to control this nation and coin money according to the constitution with a gold or silver standard. Of course, the American people will take the payoff and blow it on something and Washington will take the credit for the temporary joy and happiness. Nevertheless, remember the next handout we receive might be from a soup kitchen or a breadline.
